Teresa A Prayer Request

The local church I attend is going to be starting a small women's prayer group called, A Call To Women, soon, and we need your prayers, we are planning on inviting a couple of other small church women to join us to pray. I will be moderating it and truly I desire your prayers, I can feel the prescence of the enemy already trying to attack it, just by the fear that someone has that is close to me in the local church we attend, so please keep us in your prayers. Teresa The Gift Of Friendship (poem)

Friendship is a priceless gift That cannot be bought or sold. But it's values is far greater than A mountian made of gold. For gold is cold and lifeless It can neithr see nor hear And in the time of trouble it Is powerless to cheer It has no ears to listen No heart to undertand It cannot bring you comfort Or reach out a helping hand. So when you ask God for a gift be thankful if He sends, not Diamonds, pearls or riches But the love of real true friends. Jamaica This poem was brought to me b… Continue

Pam Positive Impact_Circumstances vs Identity

Quote: "Never allow your identity to be lost in your circumstances." (Pam Caylor) Question: Whether your circumstances are wonderful, challenging, or - wonderfully challenging - never allow them to define you. What do we want to define us? Hmmm, that's the great question, isn't it? For me, I can tell you, I want to be defined - at least in part - by this: I want to make a lasting difference in people's lives; to empower, inspire and acknowledge others by finding, believing and dev… Continue

Pam Faith?

Without a doubt, the most common question I am asked is, "Pam, what am I doing wrong? I am talking the talk, I am confessing and believing for things to turn around ... Why am I not seeing the results?" I trust that this has a positive impact on your faith walk, as it has on mine: How is your "Faith" working for you? Have you been "confessing" the promises in God's Word, tithing, giving and doing all you know to do and still not "seeing" the fruit of your labor? I just read a mini book by Kenn… Continue

Ken Freeman Greetings to all members of Last Harvest Fellowship

The Lord was faithful to bring us through the end of the year. As we start this new year, I since the Lord is leading us back to the New Testament. This next week, join me for a study of Blessings and Cursings from Deut. 28. In 2009, I pray you will realize this is the fourth year of this church. I pray that you each will realize the one missing link in all of this outreach effort is the individual support for the ministry. No blessing comes without a sacrifice. Please begin this year with pra… Continue

Teresa Re: Call To Prayer

Boy was that ever touching and it really convicted me, in ways that I had thought I has been doing, but got so warped up in our situation and that I truly forgot to pray for others that I forgot the needs of others. I had to do some praying asking for forgivness for myself due to getting lost in self, that when I finally got through pryaing your message was almost over with, so I book marked it to go back and hear agian and also try to do the outline you gave us. One can get so wrappred up in th… Continue

Mevleen Discovering Our Unique Talents

"All of us have unique talents and gifts. No obstacle, be it physical, mental or emotional has the power to destroy our innate creative energies"

Believing this fully is difficult at times; for some of us, most of the time- but it's true. What each of us can contribute to the world is unlike every other contribution. Each talent is slightly different from every other talent and they are all needed.

Creativity of every kind- writing, photography, cooking, childcar

Mevleen Views on Attitude

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

Attitude to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do.

It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company, a church or a home.

The remarkable thing is, we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for
